How are you doing ? Its a beautiful day, the last day of the first year. Its a day, after which some better things are starting in my life. Its a day to celebrate with blast. Woh woh woh, am I confusing you ? Am I really good at making puzzles ?
Enough is enough, let me come to the point directly. The good news is Bajaj is leaving Bajaj Auto on the day of confirmation that is exactly after one year. Yes you are reading it right, I choose to quit then to walk up 5 40 am in the morning, I choose to quit then to work 6 days a week spending almost 12 hours in or for the company, I choose to quit then to do stupid jobs at Bajaj Auto, I choose to quit then to do so called Projects as a Graduate Trainee Engineer, I choose to quit then to bear the unlawful work culture, I choose to quit then to bear the pain of not getting a Bajaj Auto personal server email Id and forget about the visiting card. I choose to quit then to wait for interviews for Research and Development and Engineering Department of whom even HR cannt commit about.
Oops I talk too much, Hey I dont want this day to be written in golden word in history I just want to express what it feels like when one expect more and get least.
Bajaj Auto is a great company when you talk about it in terms of Brand, Management, Milestones, Policies, Infrastructures and what not. I have really learned a lot (I mean it) from this company, I will always be in depth for this to company for rest of my life for providing me a startup in my career.
You must be interested in knowing what next ? Well I am joining a CAD CAM Software MNC named PTC (Parametric Technology Corporation) and I will be working there as Engineer in design and development team, I would be basically working in CADDS 5i (PTC most stable and reliable product scope varies from CADDS 5i Modeling Foundation
